The prices shown on our website are net prices, without VAT added. VAT is added in the order summary.

We ship packages to all regions of the world. You can find a list of countries to which we deliver on our page with costs and delivery terms. For some countries, we also offer a choice of several couriers to ensure the most convenient shipping terms.

The shipping cost depends on the size of the order, the country of destination and the courier option selected. The full list of shipping costs for all countries can be found here.

It’s down to our unique business model. At Oomph!, you’re shopping items from our luxury and partner boutiques in Europd, expertly curated for you by our team.
Prices are determined by each Oomph! brand and partner boutique, so the price of the same item may vary depending on where it’s coming from and your location. That’s also why placing an item in your shopping bag or wishlist won’t reserve it at a particular price.
Although we don’t have any control over price variation, we’ll always offer you the best price available to your destination when you place your order.

This is determined by your delivery destination. Iff your local currency is unavailable, your order will be charged in AED at a competitive exchange rate.

You may also delete your card details at any time by following these simple steps:
1. Simulate a purchase
2. Click on “Edit” below the Payment Method
3. Delete the card information

Delivery time depends on the destination country. The total lead time is calculated from the time the payment is credited and includes processing and delivery times. You can check the processing times on the brands page or on the product card.

We do not offer cash on delivery. Orders placed at Matterhorn must be paid in advance. We begin processing your order as soon as your payment is credited. Please make your payment at the time you place your order so that we can begin processing your order as soon as possible.

Yes, you can cancel the order on the same day of the order, at the request of the ordering party, provided that the order has not been processed. Please send a request via e-mail (cancel@justoomph.com) or via online chat, giving the order numbers to be cancelled.

Only damaged products are subject to exchange, about which a buyer should inform Oomph! the same day of receiving the parcel.

Due to the nature of made-to-order and customised items, manufacturing lead times may vary as your item is created specifically for you. For more information on manufacturing times, visit the product information page.

Valid on selected brands and items only. Valid for a limited time only. Available in selected countries only. Oomph! reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time. Promotion valid on each cart item totalling over AED 1500 or 6 items. Any promotional discount or promotional code is non-transferable and has no cash alternative. Any purchase under this promotion is also governed by our general Terms and Conditions.
