As we work with a curated network of international fashion brands, processing times may vary depending on product availability, quality checks, and preparation for shipment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
- Number of items ordered
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
From time to time, Oomph! may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
You can monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the courier’s tracking portal.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
Multiple Item Orders
Items within the same order may occasionally be shipped separately to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
There are no additional shipping charges for split shipments initiated by Oomph!.
