Oomph! Return, Refund & Complaints Policy

At Oomph!, we are committed to ensuring that every customer receives products that meet our quality standards. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
To request an order cancellation, please contact our Customer Support team immediately at support@oomphfashion.com.
2. Returns & Exchanges
As our products are sourced from international fashion brands and suppliers and are ordered specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Personal preference
- Colour variation due to screen settings
- Delayed delivery caused by customs, courier disruptions, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control
We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, measurements, sizing guides, and images carefully before placing an order.
All sales are considered final unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged upon arrival
- Defective due to a manufacturing fault
- Different from the item ordered
You must notify Oomph! within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Please email support@oomphfashion.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item
- Photographs of the packaging received
Failure to report the issue within 48 hours may result in the claim being declined.
4. Product Inspection & Claim Review
Once your claim is received, our team will review the information and may request additional details.
If the claim is approved, Oomph! may, at its sole discretion:
- Replace the item
- Arrange a replacement shipment
- Issue store credit
- Issue a refund where replacement is not possible
Items must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
5. Manufacturing Defects
In cases involving potential manufacturing defects, the item may be subject to inspection by the relevant brand or manufacturer.
The assessment period may vary depending on the manufacturer and product category. Oomph! will keep customers informed throughout the process.
The final determination regarding manufacturing defects shall be based on the manufacturer’s inspection and findings.
6. Return Shipping for Approved Claims
Where a claim has been approved by Oomph!, customers may be instructed to return the product to a designated return facility.
Products sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
If the claim is validated, reasonable return shipping costs may be reimbursed or a prepaid return solution may be provided where available.
7. Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to:
- Incorrect address information
- Incomplete address details
- Failure to collect the shipment
- Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts
Any additional shipping, return, storage, customs, or handling charges incurred may be deducted from any eligible credit or charged to the customer before reshipment.
8. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Bodysuits
- Lingerie
- Hosiery
- Swimwear
- Earrings and selected accessories
- Beauty or personal care products
- Any item marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
9. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by Oomph!.
10. Limitation of Liability
Oomph! shall not be liable for:
- Minor variations in colour, texture, or appearance resulting from photography or screen settings
- Delays caused by logistics providers, customs authorities, or force majeure events
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper use, washing, storage, or handling of products after delivery
